SEO that turns search demand into revenue.

Imagine the buyers already searching for what you do finding your firm first, on the results page and inside the answer AI hands them.

the investment

What SEO earns you

SEO earns your firm the traffic already looking for what you sell, and turns it into leads you can measure. We build toward revenue per keyword, the searches that land a best-fit buyer in your pipeline. The demand is already there. SEO is how you capture it, on the results page and in the AI answer alike.

the scope

Four disciplines, one search presence

Today's buyers discover businesses through both search engines and AI-generated answers. By combining SEO, content, technical optimization, and AI search visibility, we help your business get found, build credibility, and reach customers wherever they search.

  • Technical SEO & schema

The structure that lets search and AI engines crawl, read, and classify your site, so they index what you do instead of guessing at it.

  • Local SEO

Earns your firm the map pack and the "near me" searches, where a nearby buyer decides in seconds who's worth a call.

  • SEO Content Strategy

Maps your expertise to the questions your buyers search, structured to rank, to earn trust, and to be cited.

  • AI Search Optimization

Structures your firm to be one of the sources an AI engine names when a buyer asks it who to hire.

our process

How we work it

Behind the work is Mileage Intelligence™, the AI infrastructure we've built for ourselves. We use it to audit how your site reads to the search and AI engines, structure your pages so they can be read and cited, and keep that structure current as the engines change. It gets sharper with every firm we run it for.

  1. Diagnose

We find where you rank today, where your competitors take the clicks, and which of the searches your buyers run turn up no one worth hiring. That gap is the opportunity, and it’s where the plan starts.

  2. Plan

We map the keywords that carry revenue to the pages that should own them, and set the order of work by what moves the pipeline first instead of what’s easiest to check off.

  3. Execute

We build the structure, the pages, and the signals across the four disciplines, then measure what each one returns and feed it back in. We test our way in: start small, kill what doesn’t return, scale what does.

WHO WE build for

SEO built for your industry, not a generic playbook

We go deep in three industries, because the searches that matter, and the buyer running them, are different in each.

frequently asked questions

The questions owners ask before they hire an SEO company.

How much does SEO cost?

SEO engagements start at $2,500 a month. What moves the number from there is the size of the market you’re competing in, how much content the plan calls for, and whether technical repair is part of the first phase. SEO runs as a monthly partnership because search position is something you build and defend, and a position you stop defending is one a competitor takes. What you’re buying is a pipeline that compounds: month six is worth more than month one, because the rankings, the content, and the entity signals build on each other instead of resetting. The first step is free. Run the Visibility Benchmark, see where you stand against the firms you compete with, and we’ll size the work from there.

Is SEO worth it?

Yes, when you measure it the way you’d measure any other investment. SEO captures demand that already exists: buyers searching for exactly what you sell, at the moment they’re looking. Those leads arrive at a cost you can track against every other channel, and that cost falls as the position strengthens, because you stop renting each click. Treated as an asset it compounds into a lead source you own, worth more each quarter than the budget behind it. Treated as a line item you switch on and off, it never gets far enough to pay back. The honest test is whether there is real search demand in your market. If there isn’t, we’ll tell you, and paid is the better first dollar.

How long does SEO take to work?

Three to six months for meaningful ranking movement, six to twelve for compounding returns. The first ninety days go to technical repair, the content plan, and getting pages indexed, and you’ll see crawl improvements and early movement before you see revenue. What sets the pace is the competitiveness of your market, the authority your domain already carries, and how fast content moves through review on your side. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is selling something that won’t last. Paid advertising is the channel that produces now, which is why we usually run it alongside: it carries the pipeline while the organic position builds behind it.

How do you measure whether SEO is working?

Leads, and what they cost. Rankings, traffic, and AI citations are the machinery, and we report them, but the number that decides whether SEO is working is qualified inquiries in your pipeline and the cost to land one. You get that monthly against the same targets we set at kickoff: cost per lead, cost to acquire a customer, and which pages and searches produced them. If a keyword ranks and never produces an inquiry, it goes. The scoreboard is the business result, and the machinery is how we get there.

Does SEO still matter now that AI answers the question?

Yes, and it matters more than it did. AI answers are assembled from the same signals that decide rankings: the structure of your pages, the clarity of your content, and the authority behind your domain. A firm that reads well to a search crawler is the firm an AI engine can quote. What changed is where the buyer lands. There’s an answer surface now, sitting in front of the results page, and being absent from it costs you the buyer before they ever see a link. So the work didn’t split in two. It grew a second destination, and we optimize for both.

What's the difference between SEO and AI Search Optimization?

Traditional SEO earns a ranked link on a page of results. AI Search Optimization earns a place inside the written answer an AI engine gives, where there is no page of links to scan and usually three or four names in total. The underlying signals overlap, since the same structure and authority feed both, which is why we treat AI Search Optimization as a discipline within SEO. The practical difference is in how pages get built. An engine quotes a passage that answers a question on its own, so pages get written to be lifted, with the answer stated plainly and marked up so the engine knows what it is looking at.

What's Mileage Intelligence™?

On your engagement it reads how your site is structured, checks how that structure lands with the search and AI engines, and keeps it current as those engines change. It is the AI infrastructure we built for ourselves, so it isn’t a product we sell and it isn’t a line on your invoice. We write code, build applications, and stand up our own tools for research, auditing, and the work around them. Every engagement we run through it makes the next read sharper.
